Executive Chef Matsumoto has over thirty years’ experience in traditional Japanese cuisine and you can tell when you indulge in his dishes. They bring in the freshest ingredients to create a mouth-watering menu. Their excellent service and authentic Japanese atmosphere add to the overall dining experience.
While you’re there you must try the Hana House Roll, made with salmon, tuna, sea crab, avocado, and fish roe. Their other house special rolls are worth stopping in for like their Double Happiness Roll, Fuji Mountain Roll, and the Sweet Dream Roll. Stop in for lunch and dinner during the week, and just dinner on the weekend. Their menu is vast, you’ll need to make more than one reservation to Hana.
