Best of Calgary, originally founded by FFWD - Calgary's former alternative music and entertainment weekly - returned to YYC in February 2016, resuming the Calgary tradition of celebrating the city's greats.

Mission.

Best of Calgary is a celebration of the people, places and voices that make Calgary an amazing place to live and call home.

Vision.

To celebrate all that Calgary is and all that it is becoming.

For clarity, Best of Calgary is not associated in any way with Best of Calgary Foods, other than by name and by a desire to build a better city. The organizations that Best of Calgary Foods works with, may or may not be recent winners of our 2020 Best of Calgary survey. Regardless, both organizations have at their core a desire to support local people, businesses and organizations.
