Cassis Bistro has been serving up casual French cuisine in Calgary since 2011. Located on 17th Avenue S.W., this quaint, cosmopolitan nook elevates your dining experience with farm-to-fork southern French recipes and must-try inventive cocktails. When possible, the chefs here at Cassis use local produce to support our neighbours and give their upscale meal a local touch.

When the state of emergency was announced, Cassis was forced to pivot like so many other restaurants and offer takeout food which they had never done before. Initially a challenge, the restaurant was luckily able to remain open and serve their community with their takeout options and “French Essentials” boxes. Now that the restaurant has partially reopened for dine-in service, they are closely watching the regulations from Alberta Health Services in order to best serve their community safely. If you decide to dine-in at Cassis, you will notice a minimized seating capacity, servers wearing masks, increased cleaning protocols and hand sanitizing stations for both employees and customers.
