Best Bookstore: Fairs Fair

Since 1988, Fair's Fair has been providing Calgarians a wide selection of used books and exceptional customer service. The bookstore started out as family-run and operated, and years later still remains a 50 per cent family-run business. With two Calgary locations, the staff here are more than happy to help you find the book you're looking for and transfer it to the location that is most convenient for you.
During COVID-19, Fair's Fair was very busy. The regulations around the pandemic required the company to be innovative, and they ran a curbside service that provided thousands of books to hundreds of customers, both old and new. Once they were deemed safe to do so, both store locations opened in stages: the Inglewood location on May 14th and the Chinook location on June 2nd. Since then, business has been brisk at Fair's Fair and their customers are beyond excited to be back in their stores once again.
