Above all, The Livery Shop attributes its success to providing exceptional customer service to each and every visitor since they opened in 2014.
The owners made the difficult decision to close up shop on March 17th and focus their efforts online. Their office at the back of the store normally has three teams operating in the space: CoutuKitsch, Camp Brand Goods as well as their own. The teams have had to maintain a schedule to encourage social distancing in the office which has slowed down operations, however they continue to work well together during a challenging time.
