Whether you’re a green thumb or you’ve never taken care of a plant, there is something here for everyone. Start small with buying a premade planter to take home or buy individual pieces to build your own creation. The shop itself will keep you entertained for an hour or more, wandering around learning about new plants and how to care for them. Whether you buy something to take home or not, Plant is a refreshing space to hang out in.
Originating in a tiny living room back in 2011, Kyle and Erika Chow decided to take up terrarium building as they’d seen it all over the west coast. Through years of trial and error, the couple made new creations for friends and families, eventually selling them at farmers’ markets. When they received tremendous positive feedback, Kyle and Erika took this seriously and attended markets throughout the country, eventually opening the store we all know and love today in 2014. If you haven’t had the pleasure of wandering through this mini indoor garden, we suggest heading down there next Saturday to peruse the wide selection of local and exotic plants.
