They use simple ingredients and evolve them into one-of-a-kind dishes that aren’t seen anywhere else. With house-butchered fare, the chefs at Charcut make supporting our local farmers and ranchers a No. 1 priority. Chef Connie DeSousa was a finalist in Top Chef Canada and Chef John Jackson is frequently called upon as a local Culinary Ambassador. Pretty impressive if we say so.
The urban-rustic cuisine on Charcut’s menu is anything but ordinary. Try one of their sandwiches made on homemade focaccia bread with pulled chicken, wild boar bacon, aged cheddar and piri piri aioli. Or perhaps the daily rotisserie, spit-roasted and smoked with parmesan fries. To finish off the day right, we can recommend the salted caramel and milk chocolate pudding crunch.
